Shipping

Beck&Bella is pleased to currently offer free shipping on all orders to the lower 48 states. Free shipping is available on orders over $40 to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours Monday-Friday.

US delivery times with our standard expedited shipping range from approximately 3 to 5 business days after processing. Priority shipping is also available at checkout which has delivery times ranging from 2 to 3 days.

Flat rate shipping of $12 is available on all Canadian orders!

Tracking information will be provided for all orders. In isolated cases, some orders may be delayed due to the impact of the ongoing pandemic. If you have any questions on the status of your order please get in touch with us at support@beckandbella.com.

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, in some cases your order may be sent in separate packages, so don't be alarmed if it appears initially that something is missing. If your order is sent in separate packages you'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Please note regional slow downs in mail delivery due to COVID-19 restrictions has led to sporadic delays in deliveries to some areas.

Returns

If you have any issues with your order after receiving it, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 

In the unlikely case you receive a broken, damaged, or incorrect item, Beck&Bella will be responsible for return shipping costs. If a return is for any other reason, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@beckandbella.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
